This Japanese/Chinese set price smorgasbord restaurant in a large L shaped room is lined with perhaps 80 trays of different food - steamed, fried, boiled, tempura, sushi, sashimi, breaded, spicy, plain, fresh fruit, a dozen ice creams, cakes whatever. There is a fast turnover and everything is extremely fresh. What's meant to be crisp is and in general the food tastes very good.
