Ambience The carpeted dining room looks out over the bowling green. Uniformed waiters, well spaced tables gave the place a pleasant sedate atmosphere
Service Amateurish but enthusiastic
Food Good size serves of well cooked meals. I would recommend the lamb served with salad (or overcooked vegetables) The seafoodplatter is also very reasonable.
the chips are not too thin (not the McDonalds style)
The Pavlova dessert surrounded by fruit salad also very nice
Wine By the glass $4 a small range or by the bottle at reasonable prices
Price Inexpensive. Midweek special $9.90 two course meal
Comments Not haute cuisine but good value
