PM24 a few more pic's 09/2011
Snails on tomato with garlic parsley and butter. Excellent
A moist, creamy smooth chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche.
Warm goats cheese.
Charred octopus tentacle salad, the salad was more pleasing than the octopus!
Assiette of lamb, the meat was very chewy.
Cassoulet, a good example of this dish.
Barramundi perfectly prepared, could not be better.
Veal kidneys, a very rich dish in a superb cream sauce.
Side dishes.
